Big Earth Residential Digital Voice
Big Earth’s Digital Voice plan is a feature-rich phone service that includes all traditional features listed in the table below plus some extras that truly make this package special. With a voicemail greeting you are able to direct the caller to one of three virtual mailboxes that can then be sent as a wave file to any email address assigned to the voicemail box or it can be traditionally retrieved by dialing into or from your home phone number. If you wish to record a call, there is a small fee per call, plus a per minute charge (see table).Also, in the event that someone from your residence dials 911 you can also receive a SMS Alert at the same time.

Digital Voice goes beyond the United States and allows for unlimited calling to traditional landline destinations in 70 Nations across the World. All calls within the United States (excluding Alaska), Canada and Puerto Rico are included in the unlimited package and when Big Earth says unlimited, we truly mean unlimited calls and unlimited minutes. When you sign up for our plans, all the costs are explained before you accept, so you will never have unexpected fees or charges on your bill or credit card.

*Denotes a 95 cent fee per call recorded, plus a usage charge of 5 cents per minute
** Denotes a small jurisdictional fee per occurrence
***The “Most Favored Nations” feature is comprised of a pre-determined list of nations provided by Big Earth Networks. All calls to traditional landline telephone numbers are included in the unlimited calling plan. Calls to cell phones, premium or non-geographic (virtual) telephone numbers are not included and will incur a per minute pricing.
****International Calls outside of the Most Favored Nation list are subject to per minute rates and will be charged to the credit card on file with Big Earth Networks when a $25 credit limit is exceeded.

It is important to note that the Monthly Recurring Charge for the plans is per line and the respective fee includes local and nationwide long distance unlimited minutes and calls to landline destinations on Big Earth’s approved Nations list, all the features marked as “Y” according to the table above, as well as a new telephone number. You may elect to keep your current number and Big Earth will process the porting of your number during the enrollment process.

Big Earth Remote Access
Remote Access is for customers who do not have a high-speed Internet connection or who only use a mobile phone. Remote Access includes: Unlimited calling within the United States (excluding Alaska), Canada and Puerto Rico, Unlimited calling within Big Earth’s “**Most Favored Nations” and ***Competitive International rates to the rest of the World. Remote Access is perfect for anyone who wants flexibility at an affordable rate outside of their basic calling plan.
